Harry Potter Road Trip Snacks

I have some fun snacks to take on your road trip where ever you are going.  I am a huge Harry Potter fan so I thought I would find some good Potter treats.

Beverages

First it is important to stay hydrated so why not bring along some non-alcoholic Butterbeer.  The recipes main ingredients are:

  • Butterscotch syrup
  • Cream or Club soda
  • Butter

To find the entire recipe go to MuggleNet.

If you find this drink to sweet or you are an only water kind of person be environmentally friendly, buy a Harry Potter water bottle.  Here are a whole array of different Potter bottles at CafePress.

Candy

The sugar in sweets help to keep people awake when on road trips.  Why do you think Potter bought the lot of candy on the train his first time to Hogwarts? He needed the energy.  Be the good friend and bring the chocolate frogs. Candy suggestions to take are:

  • Fudge Files
  • Bertie Bott’s Jelly Beans
  • Fizzing Whizbees
  • Jelly Slugs

You can find these treats at Candy Ware House.

Home Made Snacks

Budget is sometimes a traveling concern or you might just like cooking and baking.  Here are a few different snacks that you can make for the road.  If you click on them they will take you to the recipe.

Even if you don’t want to make these snacks you should check them out they are so cute!

If you have any favorite Harry Potter Treats that you like to make or want to know how to make post them in a comment.  I hope to hear about your yummy creations.
